Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery:
Wave Smart Products will be delivered within 8-10 business days of your order. - Express Delivery:
Wave Smart Products will be delivered within 4-7 business days of your order. - Express Plus Delivery:
Wave Smart Products will be delivered within 2-5 business days of your order. - Standard Shipping Outside USA & Canada:
Wave Smart Products will be delivered within 18-21 business days of your order. - Express Shipping Outside USA & Canada:
2-8 day express delivery options are available depending on your location.
Order Processing
- Order processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery details.
- We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or thresholds.
Tracking and Delivery
- Customers can track their orders through the tracking information provided upon dispatch.
- If you are not at home during delivery, the courier may leave a notice with further instructions.

Damaged or Lost Items
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is their responsibility. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please check around your property, with neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom.
- Allow up to 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before arrival.
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the carrier confirms it was misdelivered or lost in transit, we’ll reship or refund your order.
- If the carrier shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, we’ll offer a one-time replacement or store credit as a courtesy.
- If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please refer to our detailed procedure here for reporting and handling these issues.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout (for example, a missing apartment or suite number):
- The customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
- If you choose not to reship, we’ll refund the item cost minus the original shipping charge once the package is returned to us in good condition.
