Every Real Estate Conference & Trade Show in the U.S. (2026)
George El-Hage

If you're looking for real estate conferences in 2026, you've found the right page. I put together the most complete calendar of real estate conferences, trade shows, and expos happening across the United States this year - organized by category so you can find exactly the events that match your niche.
Whether you're a residential agent, commercial broker, property manager, investor, or PropTech founder, there's something here for you. I've been to my share of these events, and the networking alone justifies the trip. One tip before you dive in: if you're heading to any of these, leave the stack of paper business cards at home. I've watched thousands of them get tossed in hotel trash cans after conferences. A digital business card saves you the hassle and actually gets you follow-ups. If you're exhibiting at any of these shows, I cover the full process of capturing qualified leads and syncing them to your CRM in my trade show guide.
For now, here's every major real estate event in the U.S. for 2026.
What's in This Guide
- 100+ events: Every major real estate conference, trade show, and expo in the U.S. for 2026

- Quick-reference table: Overview of all events with dates, locations, and focus areas

How to Use This Guide
I've organized every event by category - not by state - because most real estate professionals search for events by their niche. You'll find six main sections: Major National Conferences, Residential, Commercial (CRE), Property Management, Investing, and PropTech.
Each event card includes dates, location, what to expect, and a direct link to register. I'll be updating this guide monthly as new dates are confirmed, so bookmark this page and check back often.
Major National Conferences
These are the flagship events that draw real estate professionals from every sector. If you only attend a few conferences a year, start here.
NAR NXT - The REALTOR Experience
The biggest real estate conference in the country, period. NAR NXT (formerly the NAR Annual Conference) brings together 20,000+ REALTORS, brokers, and industry leaders for education sessions, an enormous expo floor, and networking events you can't replicate anywhere else. The keynotes feature household names, and the expo has every tool and service a real estate professional could need. If you attend one event this year, make it this one.
Inman Connect New York
Inman Connect is where the forward-thinking side of real estate gathers. The NYC edition kicks off the year with a focus on technology, innovation, and where the industry is heading. Sessions are fast-paced, the speakers are top-tier, and the after-hours networking is legendary. This is less about continuing education credits and more about seeing what's next. If you consider yourself an innovator in the space, Inman is your tribe.
Inman Connect San Diego
The summer edition of Inman Connect. Same caliber of content and speakers as the NYC event, but with San Diego weather and a slightly different vibe. Many attendees pair this with Inman Luxury Connect (held the day before) for a full week of high-level real estate networking.
Inman Luxury Connect
A focused, intimate event for luxury real estate professionals. If you work in the $1M+ market, this is where you'll find your peers. Discussions center on high-net-worth client strategies, luxury marketing, and the unique challenges of the top end of the market. It runs right before Inman Connect San Diego, so many agents attend both.
Keller Williams Family Reunion
KW's annual mega-event draws 15,000+ agents to Las Vegas for training, motivation, and community. Even if you're not a KW agent, the energy here is something else. Gary Keller's vision session is always a highlight, and the breakout sessions cover everything from lead gen to team building. One of the best values in the industry given the ticket price.
RE/MAX R4
RE/MAX's flagship annual convention. R4 stands for "Renew, Refocus, Recharge, Reconnect" and delivers exactly that. Thousands of RE/MAX agents gather for keynotes from industry leaders, technology training, and award ceremonies. The expo floor showcases the latest tools for RE/MAX agents, and the networking is strong. Happens the same week as KW Family Reunion in Vegas, making February a packed month for the industry.
Tom Ferry Success Summit
The real estate coaching world's biggest stage. Tom Ferry's Success Summit draws 5,000+ agents for three days of tactical training, mindset work, and motivation. If you're serious about growing your production, the scripts, systems, and strategies shared here are immediately actionable. The energy in the room is electric - people leave ready to execute.
Century 21 One21
Century 21's annual convention brings together the global Century 21 network for training, awards, and brand updates. Sessions focus on technology adoption, marketing best practices, and production growth. A solid event for C21 affiliates looking to level up their business.
eXpCon
eXp Realty's annual conference has grown significantly as the cloud brokerage has expanded. Expect sessions on leveraging eXp's virtual tools, revenue sharing strategies, and agent production growth. The community aspect is strong - eXp agents are passionate about their model, and it shows at this event.
Compass Retreat
Compass's annual gathering for its agent network. Sessions focus on the company's technology platform, marketing tools, and growth strategies. With Compass being one of the largest brokerages in the country, this event draws top producers from coast to coast. The format tends to be polished and tech-forward, matching the Compass brand.
LeadingRE Limitless
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World hosts this annual conference for its network of independent brokerages. The focus is on luxury, global referrals, and brokerage leadership. If you run an independent brokerage and want to connect with peers who value independence over franchise flags, this is your event.
NAR Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo
NAR's mid-year policy event where REALTORS meet with legislators on Capitol Hill to advocate for housing issues. It's part conference, part lobbying trip, and part trade expo. If you care about housing policy, fair housing, property rights, or tax reform affecting real estate, this is where the action is. REALTOR associations send delegations from every state.
RISMedia CEO & Leadership Exchange
An executive-level event designed for brokerage CEOs, team leaders, and industry executives. The sessions go deep on market trends, leadership challenges, and strategic planning. This isn't a mass-market conference - it's an intimate gathering of decision-makers. If you lead a brokerage or team, the conversations here are worth the trip.
HousingWire Gathering
HousingWire's flagship event brings together real estate, mortgage, and fintech professionals. The editorial perspective makes this conference different - sessions are driven by data and industry journalism rather than vendor pitches. Expect deep dives on market conditions, regulatory changes, and technology trends shaping housing.
Sotheby's International Realty Global Networking Event
Sotheby's annual global gathering for its luxury real estate network. This is an exclusive event focused on the ultra-luxury market, global referrals, and brand excellence. If you're in the Sotheby's network, this is where you build the international connections that lead to eight-figure referrals.
Heading to a Real Estate Conference?
Skip the stack of paper cards. Create a free digital business card in 60 seconds and share it with anyone at the event - QR code, NFC tap, or a simple link. They don't need an app. You get analytics on every share. And unlike other platforms, Wave doesn't add branding or solicit your contacts.
Get Conference-Ready →Residential Real Estate Conferences
State association conferences, franchise events, and specialty gatherings for residential agents and brokers. These are where you'll earn CE credits, learn market-specific strategies, and build your local network.
CRS Sell-a-Bration
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is one of the most respected in residential real estate, and Sell-a-Bration is their premier annual event. Expect top-level education, referral networking, and sessions taught by the industry's most productive agents. If you hold or are pursuing a CRS designation, this is essential.
NextHome Conference
NextHome's annual franchise conference. Known for its agent-first culture, NextHome puts on an event that feels more like a family reunion than a corporate conference. Sessions cover marketing, technology, and production growth with a focus on what's actually working in the field right now.
ERA Fuel
ERA Real Estate's annual conference focuses on agent production, technology adoption, and brand marketing. Austin's a great conference city, and ERA uses it well - expect a mix of educational sessions, tech demos, and social events that make it easy to connect with agents from across the ERA network.
Side x Side
Side Inc.'s annual conference for its affiliated agents and teams. Side's model - giving top agents their own brand while providing back-office support - has attracted some serious producers. The event reflects that with high-quality content on team building, luxury marketing, and business scaling. Smaller and more curated than the mega-conferences.
NAHREP Policy Summit (DC)
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals hosts this policy-focused event in DC. It combines housing policy advocacy on Capitol Hill with professional development sessions. NAHREP has become one of the most influential organizations in real estate, and their events reflect the growth and energy of the Hispanic homebuying market.
NAHREP National Convention
NAHREP's flagship annual conference. Thousands of attendees gather for education, networking, and celebration of the Hispanic real estate community's achievements. The Top 250 list unveiling is a highlight, and the sessions cover everything from wealth building to market trends in Hispanic communities. One of the most energetic events on the calendar.
AREAA National Convention
The Asian Real Estate Association of America's annual conference. AREAA brings together real estate professionals serving Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. Sessions cover leadership, negotiation, business development, and overcoming the unique challenges women face in the industry. Compact but powerful.

The largest annual light construction show in the world. IBS is where homebuilders, remodelers, and residential construction professionals gather to see the newest products, technologies, and design trends. If you sell new construction, work with builders, or are involved in residential development, IBS gives you a front-row seat to what's coming in housing.
Live UnReal Summit (Glover U)
Jeff Glover's annual training summit for real estate agents. Known for actionable, no-fluff content that you can implement immediately. Sessions cover lead generation, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and team building. Glover's style is direct and tactical - you'll leave with scripts and systems you can use the next day.
State Association Conferences
Your state REALTOR association conference is often the best bang for your buck. Local market insights, CE credits, and connections with agents you'll actually do deals with. Here are the major ones:
Florida Realtors Convention & Trade Expo
One of the largest state association conferences in the country. Florida's massive agent population turns out for education, expo, and networking. Sessions cover everything from insurance issues to foreign buyer markets to condo regulations. If you practice in Florida, this is your annual must-attend.
Texas Realtors Annual Conference
Texas is the second-largest real estate market in the country, and the state conference reflects that scale. Education sessions, legal updates on Texas-specific contract forms, and a trade expo that covers every tool a Texas agent needs. The market insight alone is worth the trip if you practice in the Lone Star State.
C.A.R. REimagine! Expo & Conference
The California Association of Realtors' annual expo. California is the biggest real estate market in the U.S., and this conference covers everything from legislative updates to technology to market forecasts. The expo floor has hundreds of vendors, and the education sessions offer California-specific CE credits. If you're licensed in California, put this on your calendar.
Georgia Realtors Winter Conference
Georgia's winter conference kicks off the year with education, committee meetings, and networking. Atlanta's real estate market has been one of the hottest in the country, and the sessions reflect the energy and growth in the Southeast. A solid regional event for agents in Georgia and neighboring states.
Georgia Realtors Summer Conference
Georgia Realtors' summer edition takes the show to New Orleans. Same quality education and networking as the winter event, but with a change of scenery. The combination of professional development and New Orleans hospitality makes this one of the more enjoyable state conferences on the calendar.
Ohio Realtors Convention & Expo
Ohio's annual REALTOR convention brings together agents from across the state for education, awards, and an expo showcasing the latest real estate tools and services. Ohio's diverse markets - from Cleveland to Cincinnati to Columbus - make the market insights here particularly valuable.
Virginia Realtors Convention
Virginia's annual REALTOR gathering in historic Williamsburg. Education sessions, legislative updates, and networking for Virginia's active agent community. The Northern Virginia/DC market alone generates enormous volume, so the insights shared here are valuable for agents in one of the nation's strongest metro areas.
Michigan Realtors Convention
Michigan's annual convention at the scenic Grand Traverse Resort. Education tracks cover Michigan-specific market trends, legal updates, and technology. The northern Michigan setting makes this one of the more unique state conferences - part professional development, part autumn getaway.
Triple Play Realtor Convention & Trade Expo
A joint convention hosted by the New Jersey, New York State, and Pennsylvania REALTOR associations. Triple Play is one of the largest regional conferences in the country, drawing 20,000+ attendees. The expo is massive, the education covers three states' worth of markets, and the value for the ticket price is hard to beat. If you work in the Northeast, this is your end-of-year must-attend.
Coaching & Training Events
Mike Ferry Production Retreat
Mike Ferry is one of the original real estate coaches, and his Production Retreat kicks off the year with a focus on scripts, prospecting, and listing-focused strategies. If you believe in the fundamentals of picking up the phone and generating listings through direct outreach, this event reinforces those skills at the highest level.
Buffini & Company Peak Experience
Brian Buffini's annual mastermind event in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. Peak Experience combines business strategy with personal development in a small, curated format. The Hawaii location makes this part conference, part retreat. It's a premium ticket, but Buffini's coaching clients consistently say it's transformational.
Club Wealth Listing Agent Boot Camp
A focused two-day boot camp on becoming a dominant listing agent. Club Wealth's training is tactical and systems-driven - you'll walk away with specific scripts, marketing plans, and follow-up sequences. If you want to grow your listing inventory, this is one of the most concentrated training events available.
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Conferences
If you work in commercial - whether that's retail, office, industrial, multifamily, or mixed-use - these are the events where the deals happen. CRE conferences tend to be more deal-oriented than residential events, with structured networking sessions and one-on-one meeting formats.
ICSC Las Vegas
The biggest commercial real estate event in the world. ICSC Las Vegas (formerly RECon) draws 30,000+ retail real estate professionals. This is where landlords meet tenants, developers meet retailers, and deals that shape America's shopping centers get done. The deal-making floor is legendary - if you're in retail CRE, missing ICSC is not an option. Book your meetings weeks in advance or you'll spend the whole event in the hallways.
NAIOP CRE.Converge
NAIOP's flagship annual conference for commercial real estate developers, investors, and brokers. CRE.Converge covers industrial, office, mixed-use, and multifamily development with a focus on market trends, capital markets, and deal structures. The attendees are decision-makers, and the networking is structured to facilitate meaningful connections, not just handshakes.
NAIOP National Forums
NAIOP's forum-based event focuses on peer-to-peer learning among CRE developers and owners. Smaller and more intimate than CRE.Converge, forums are organized by property type and discipline. If you want candid conversations with peers who face the same challenges you do, this format delivers.
ULI Spring Meeting
The Urban Land Institute's spring meeting brings together real estate developers, investors, planners, and public officials. ULI events are uniquely interdisciplinary - you'll find private developers, city planners, architects, and institutional investors all in the same room. Sessions cover land use policy, urban development trends, sustainability, and capital markets. Nashville is booming, making it a fitting host city.
ULI Fall Meeting
ULI's fall edition, this time in Miami. The same high-quality, interdisciplinary content as the spring meeting, with a focus on the trends shaping year-end. Miami's status as a gateway to Latin American investment makes this an especially relevant location for cross-border development discussions.

The Building Owners and Managers Association's flagship event. BOMA covers commercial building management, operations, energy efficiency, and tenant experience. If you own, manage, or operate commercial properties, this is the industry's definitive gathering. The expo showcases the latest in building technology, security, and sustainability.
BOMA Medical Real Estate Conference
A specialized BOMA event focused on medical office buildings and healthcare real estate. As healthcare real estate continues to grow as an asset class, this conference covers everything from MOB development to ambulatory surgery center trends to healthcare tenant relationships. A niche but growing event.

If you're in CRE finance - whether lending, securitization, or debt brokerage - this is where you get your bearings for the year ahead.
CREFC Annual Conference
CREFC's mid-year gathering in New York City. The focus is on commercial real estate debt markets, structured finance, and regulatory developments. NYC's status as the capital of commercial real estate finance makes it the natural home for this event. Expect a more senior, finance-focused crowd.
SIOR Spring Event
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors' spring networking event. SIOR members are the elite of commercial brokerage - the designation requires substantial deal volume and peer recognition. This event is about connecting with top-producing industrial and office brokers for referrals and market intelligence.
NAR C5 + CCIM Global Summit
A combined event featuring NAR's Commercial Summit and the CCIM Institute's Global Conference. The CCIM designation is the gold standard in commercial real estate, and this event brings together CCIM designees and candidates for education, deal-making, and networking. If you're pursuing or hold a CCIM, this is your annual gathering.

The vendor expo has all the property management software and service providers you'd want to evaluate. I've heard consistently that the networking here leads to actual referral partnerships.
NARPM Broker/Owner Conference
A more focused NARPM event specifically for property management company owners and brokers. Sessions go deeper on business operations, growth strategies, and the unique challenges of running a PM company. If you own a property management firm and want to talk shop with peers who understand the business, this is it.

If you're in the apartment business at any scale, this is the event to attend.
NMHC Annual Meeting
The National Multifamily Housing Council's annual meeting is the most exclusive multifamily event of the year. This is where the institutional owners, developers, and operators of America's largest apartment portfolios gather. The attendee list reads like a who's who of multifamily real estate. A specialized NMHC event focused on the student housing asset class. Covers enrollment trends, university-developer partnerships, amenity expectations, and the unique operational challenges of housing college students. Sessions cover everything from house hacking to syndication to short-term rentals. The speakers are investors who've actually done the deals, not just theorists. The networking is outstanding - you'll meet JV partners, lenders, and contractors all in one place.
IMN Winter Real Estate Private Funds Forum
IMN's flagship winter forum for institutional real estate investors and fund managers. The setting is intimate and the attendees are senior - think managing partners, CIOs, and allocators managing billions in real estate assets. Covers lot development, entitled land deals, builder-developer partnerships, and capital markets for residential construction. If you invest in the dirt-to-door pipeline, this is where the capital sources and operators meet.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Real Estate Conferences
I've worked with thousands of real estate professionals who attend these events every year. Here's what separates the agents who get ROI from conferences from the ones who just collect swag bags.
Before the Conference
- Set 3 specific goals. "Network" isn't a goal. "Meet 5 potential referral partners in my target market" is. Be specific about what you want to walk away with - whether that's a new lender relationship, a coaching program, or three potential listing leads.
- Pre-schedule meetings. Most conferences have apps or platforms for scheduling one-on-ones. The best meetings at NAR NXT, Inman Connect, or ICSC are booked weeks in advance. Don't wait until you're on the expo floor.
- Get your digital business card ready. I'm biased, but I've watched too many agents hand out paper cards that end up in hotel trash cans. A free digital business card lets you share your contact info instantly via QR code or NFC tap. The recipient saves it directly to their phone - no typing, no lost cards. Plus, you get analytics on who viewed your card after the event.
- Research speakers and sessions. Don't wing it. Look at the agenda beforehand and build your personal schedule. Prioritize sessions that directly relate to your business goals, not just the big-name keynotes.
During the Conference
- Hallway conversations matter more than keynotes. The best connections at real estate conferences happen between sessions, at lunch, and at evening events. Don't pack your schedule so tight that you miss spontaneous conversations with fellow agents, brokers, and vendors.
- Work the expo floor strategically. Identify 10-15 booths you want to visit, hit those first, then explore. Ask vendors for demos, not just brochures. The best tools I've discovered came from 5-minute expo floor conversations.
- Use QR codes instead of paper cards. When someone asks for your card, pull up the QR code on your phone or tap an NFC card. It takes 2 seconds, they instantly have your full contact info with photo and links, and you'll stand out from every other agent handing out paper. I've heard from agents who say this single change doubled their post-conference follow-up rate.
- Take notes in real-time. After 3 days of sessions, everything blurs together. Jot down action items after each session while they're fresh. Even a quick voice memo works.
After the Conference
- Follow up within 48 hours. This is where most agents fail. You meet great people, collect contacts, then... crickets. Send a personalized message within 48 hours while the conversation is fresh. Reference something specific you discussed.
- Check your digital card analytics. If you used a digital business card, you'll know exactly who opened your card, when, and how many times. Prioritize follow-ups with the people who looked at your card multiple times - they're the most interested.
- Implement one thing immediately. The biggest waste of a conference is learning 50 new ideas and implementing zero. Pick the single most impactful takeaway and act on it within the first week. You can always add more later.
- Write a recap for your team. If you're on a team or at a brokerage, share what you learned. Even a quick email summary with your top 3 takeaways multiplies the ROI of the conference across your entire organization. Learn more about digital business cards for teams to standardize your whole brokerage.
